VENDOR SET-UP:
Thursday, 4/23 beginning at 4pm
Early setup may be possible if the room becomes available on Thursday morning. Should an earlier setup window become available, we will notify all vendors and sponsors.
VENDOR TEAR-DOWN:
Saturday, 4/25 beginning at 6pm
Booths must be torn down and removed from vendor room Saturday evening.
VENDOR ROOM HOURS:
Thursday, 4/23 from 6pm—8pm *these hours may change
Friday, 4/24 from 9am—6pm
Saturday, 4/25 from 9am—6pm
The vendor room will be locked and secured when not open to the public.

Please provide logo in vector format (preferable) or high resolution .jpg/.png for use in our marketing, event program, and website. If applicable, please provide a slideshow graphic in high-resolution .jpg format, at 16:9 ratio for use in projected slideshow during the event. If none is provided we will substitute in your logo.
